"I have lived at Kendallwood for over 13 years and am very happy with this complex and the staff. I have watched them remodel it in recent years with new siding, new outer and inner doors, new windows, and new balconies. The current management is very improved. Maintenance is quick to respond and, unless a part must be ordered, they take care of any problems within 24 hours. The grounds are well maintained. Valet service for trash is consistent. We have security codes to enter the buildings and ample storage in the basement of each building as well as laundry facilities. Though there is no covered parking, we do have security patrol at night and in winter parking areas and sidewalks are promptly cleared after snowstorms. As this is one of the older complexes in the Northland area, our rooms are large and spacious. Come take a look."
