Antioch Annex 100% Occupied

Curry Real Estate Services announced today that five businesses have leased more than 10,000 square feet at Antioch Annex, located at northeast Antioch Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The addition of these businesses brings Antioch Annex to a 100 percent occupancy rate. The spaces boast a location near two interstates (I-29 & I-35) with more than 180,000 people in close proximity to the shopping area.

“We are excited to welcome Elwood Staffing Services, Salon E’Clips, Intimate Design, Hemp Life and Antioch Bar and Grill to the Antioch Annex,” said Ellen Todd, president and CEO of Curry Real Estate Services. “These businesses are a great addition to the Antioch Annex and will provide a much needed variety of services to the surrounding area.”

Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., one of the largest staffing firms in the United States, leased a 1,993 square-foot space. It opened at 5506 NE Antioch Road after moving from its location at 4323 N. Chouteau Trafficway.

Salon E’Clips, located at 5530 NE Antioch Road, leased 4,080 square-feet. The salon specializes in hair services for men and women, as well as in tanning and waxing.

Intimate Designs, opened its third location at 5526 NE Antioch Road. The bra, lingerie and swimwear specialty retailer leased 1,620 square-feet.

Antioch Bar and Grill leased 3,440 square-feet and opened at 5410 NE Antioch Road, serving drinks and traditional bar and grill favorites.

Finally, Hemp Life, a local health and wellness retailer specializing in CBD products will open its eighth location at 5536 NE Antioch Road. Hemp Life leased 1,500 square feet and will open early April 2019. Additional tenants include Community America Credit Union, Godfather’s Pizza, USPT Physical Therapy, Redwing Shoes, Miles of Smiles, Animal Clinic of Antioch, Bailey’s Dental, Sherwin Williams, The Big Biscuit, True Balance, American Hearing and Audiology, Weight Watchers, Fantastic Sam’s, Dollar Tree and Scooter’s Coffee.
