While individual Curry team members and groups involve themselves in multiple causes throughout the area, the company recently has committed its efforts to the following organizations or events:

Gordon Parks Elementary School is a charter school serving 240 at-risk children in the Kansas City area. It was founded int he basement of a church in 1999 by Dorothy Curry and Sue Jarvis and was named after the revolutionary African American photographer, Gordon Parks, who proudly endorsed the school’s mission of educating urban core children to reach their full potential. Bill and Dorothy Curry later bought an unused school building from the Kansas city Public Schools and hired a staff, enabling the school to broaden it’s reach.
