Some of the management services include:

• Providing complete day-to-day operations of the property
• Directing all needed maintenance of the property
• Supervising all operational functions, such as lawn care, janitorial and other services
• Providing construction, HVAC systems and elevator repair, pipe fitting and other services
• Providing accounting services - from collections to disbursements
• Paying all invoices and maintain records of payment
• Preparing monthly balance sheet, operating and other statements
• Collecting payment on accounts receivables
• Preparing annual operating budgets
• Conducting reserve studies (additional fees apply) to assist in long-term financial planning
• Working through legal issues, including resolution, as requested by the Board
• Attending Board meetings
• Providing additional input and information as requested by the Board
